Admissions Process

For more information about a St. Clare education for your child, please either visit the school office or call the office at 970-926-8980 to learn more. Or, you can complete an enrollment inquiry form, The form will be automatically sent to our Admission Department and Principal, Sr. Regina Marie Connor.

• It is strongly advised that applicant parents attend either a School Day Tour or one of our informational open houses.
• School Day Tours may be scheduled at any time during the year by contacting the school office. These tours let parents see our children and teachers in action and take about 20-30 minutes.
• Informational events give applicant parents the opportunity to tour our facilities, engage with our faculty and get an overview of our school.
• You are also invited to schedule a conference with the principal and pastor at this time to allow you the opportunity to come to know our school community better and for our school community to begin to get to know your family.

Kindergarten applicants will attend a kindergarten round up during the spring prior to the start of the enrolling school year. You can contact the office for the dates of kindergarten round up. During that appointment, the kindergarten teacher will assess each student’s readiness in a friendly, classroom environment. Grade 1-8 Applicants are invited to spend the full day at St. Clare shadowing an ambassador student. Please contact the school office to schedule.

Parents of students who are accepted will receive either a letter in the mail or an email from the principal.
