Sr. Marie Faustina Wolniakowski, RSM, is a Religious Sister of Mercy of Alma, MI. Her mission at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic School began in August 2020. Sister holds an elementary teaching license from St. Mary’s University in Winona, MN. As a catechist, Sister is grateful for the many opportunities to witness the students encounter God and grow in the theological virtues of faith, hope, and love. Having been raised surrounded by a large extended family, Sister Marie Faustina enjoys the energy and zeal of elementary and middle school aged children and welcomes the similarities of her upbringing. Sister has a great love for Saint Faustina and the Divine Mercy devotion. She believes that God’s unfailing mercy and forgiveness is especially needed during these years characterized by frequent technological advancements and a fast-paced society.
